    • Originate and review incoming files to ensure adherence to product offerings (i.e. complete 1003's, pull & review tri-merge credit report, review rent roll or lease summary, income and operating expense etc.)
    • Pre-underwrite files to determine qualifying loan amounts based of the most qualified loan program that meets the clients goals and matches to the characteristics of the property type
    • Take inbound calls on new loan scenarios, assisting the Broker, Agent or Investor with loan structuring
    • Understanding of how to qualify the property & Borrower according to program guidelines and the ability to present this effectively to the client
    • Manage one on one Broker/Agent/Investor Relationship
    • After pre-approval, must be able to manage the transaction all the way to funding of the loan "Cradle to Grave"
    • Prepare financing summary for clientele
    • Conduct 60 outbound calls per day
    • Keep up to date on Loan products
    • Monitor and manage pipeline to achieve 75% or better closing ratio to pre-approval
    • Must understand how to calculate, communicate and use on a daily basis key Commercial real estate ratios and calculations.
    • Self-motivated

    • Ability to adapt to change
    • Willingness to go beyond basic requirements of the job
    • Strong time management, organizational and follow-through skills
    • PC skills including Microsoft Windows, Excel, access, word, and PowerPoint
    • Ability to work with minimal direct supervision
    • Strong telephone skills a must
    • Bilingual a Plus
    • Real estate license required
