ASSIGNMENT:

This was a purchase transaction for a building way out in the outskirts area of Victorville.

CHALLENGE:

We had a qualified borrower but the property was really way out on the edge of Victorville. It was a small loan and as such many lenders immediately shied away from the deal.

SOLUTION:

We have completed a substantial amount of loan volume with a smaller credit union who had no issues with the location. We closed on time, established some new relationships, and went on to the next deal.
