ASSIGNMENT:

This was a cash out refinance for a VIP repeat client. This was part of a portfolio of buildings that were being refinanced at the same time with the goal of cashing out funds to be used towards an acquisition of a lager multifamily building that we were also financing.

CHALLENGE:

Only challenge here was the management of all the transactions that were being handled concurrently for the client.

SOLUTION:

One of the perks to being one of our repeat customers is that we maintain up to date records for these kinds of VIP clients and as a result we can move quick on transactions.
