ASSIGNMENT:

A very nice couple that had been referred to us by a past client. They had a rough time previously with some bad tenants to the point that they had thought of selling and getting out of the property Management game all together.

CHALLENGE:

The clients were both retired and this building really was beneficial for them to keep, but they needed to lower their rate and pull out some money since they used up much of their savings when refurbishing units from the tenants that had been evicted.

SOLUTION:

We guided them through the process, got them a good low doc loan program and closed in less than 40 days. Clients were so happy they even commented on how painless the whole process was and that they are happy to keep the building now.
