This was the third time we refinanced this property. The clients needed the cash out to pay off a hard money 2nd they took against the property.
CHALLENGE:
The borrowing structure had changed and with it came some challenges in qualifying.

After evaluating the credit file it was determined that the best fit for this would be the Freddie MAC SBL program. We closed and put the clients in a good position, Hope to finance this a fourth time.
