ASSIGNMENT:

This was a rate & term refinance for a past client. His current loan was getting ready to roll out of the fixed term and he wanted to get locked in for another 5 yrs.

CHALLENGE:

There were no challenges, but we were able to clear up some title issues and help the borrower clean up his operating agreement for his LLC during the refinance.

SOLUTION:

The lender who had the first trust deed unfortunately was not competitive on rates, so we moved the borrower into a new loan with a different lender. The loan closed and we are now trying to help the borrower with construction financing for a new apartment building.
