Repeat client whose fixed loan term was rolling out to an ARM and they wanted for us to get them locked into a new fixed term while obtaining some cash out.
The lender offered great rates but because they sold the loans off in the secondary market they were over kill on third party reports. They required a seismic, for tuck under parking when the property was built in 1985.
We processed and closed the loan in 45 days, and since we had not initially locked the rate and rates dropped we were able to get slightly lower for the client. Always a pleasure helping out this family.
