Property had some COVID related delinquencies and the borrower had multilevel entities and Fannie & Freddie passed on the deal.
The lender of best choice turned out to be a portfolio lender and ALB was able to place loan without the use of Agency programs and at a better interest rate with a more favorable DCR which allowed us to maximize loan dollars for the client.
