ASSIGNMENT:

One of our real estate agents referred us over to his investor client who was interested in refinancing his apartments. After our initial consultation with the investor, we learned that he owned a building free and clear and was seeking to cash out with the intent to use the funds to purchase all cash some apartments in Hawaii.

CHALLENGE:

After we presented to the borrower the different loan program options that we can offer, they naturally chose the one with the lowest rate. The issue then became that this particular lender was very slow with their internal processes, and they aren't the best with providing updates during the transaction so it was an arduous process in managing the transaction with the lender.
