ASSIGNMENT:

This was a cash out refinance loan request. Client was seeking max leverage, and best rate.

CHALLENGE:

The biggest challenge we knew was max loan dollars. We needed a program that qualified at a low DCR and underwriting rate. 

SOLUTION:

We placed the loan with one of our premiere credit unions that had at the time the lowest 5 year fixed rate and which they underwrote at. Allowed us to achieve a loan amount that satisfied the client. ALB Commercial Capital did it again!
