ASSIGNMENT:

One of our best clients wanted to refinance this building and cash out to use funds for another purchase we were working on, and at the same time he wanted to improve his interest rate.

CHALLENGE:

We had to move fast because the property that the client wanted to purchase was under contract and we had two deals going on at the same time.

SOLUTION:

We utilized a low doc loan program and achieved maximum cash out and at a lower interest rate than what the client was previously at. This allowed us to secure the needed funds and we closed on both transactions.
