ASSIGNMENT:

This was a purchase transaction for investors who were referred to us by the selling agents. They were in a 1031 exchange and shopping the deal with multiple lenders.

CHALLENGE:

The borrowers had certain demands on the requested LTV and required interest only loan programs. For us this type of product is no problem to obtain, but after we won the deal and started to receive the borrower's information, we realized that these clients would have had a difficult time obtaining financing with the requested terms elsewhere.  It was evident that the other lenders who were quoting must have also had no information on the borrowers.

SOLUTION:

We have developed a reputation of being knowledgeable and experienced brokers with a reputation for having the goods. We delivered on what the borrower's wanted, but it wasn't an easy task. Happy it closed and on to the next transaction.
