ASSIGNMENT:

A past client with whom we had financed a few apartment buildings returned wanting to refinance the buildings.

CHALLENGE:

There were some challenges but we were able to get them worked out by offering the client a blanket loan against all properties. By doing this it saved on some costs for the borrower.

SOLUTION:

We had been marketing a low interest rate promo program and we were able to convince the lender to offer that same rate but under a blanket loan. WOW!  We have to pat ourselves on the back for this one.
