ASSIGNMENT:

One of our VIP investors referred family members of his to us for the purchase of a small 5-unit building. So, we jumped right at the opportunity!

CHALLENGE:

The transaction was very straight forward. Property consisted of two APN's a SFR and then 4 units in the rear. The only challenge we had to overcome was that the borrowers ahead of time had purchased the property insurance and it turned out that the coverage they obtained didn't meet the lenders requirements. Not a good idea to get coverage in advance!

SOLUTION:

We worked with the lender and together we found a better quote that met the lender's requirements. We closed the transaction and everyone was happy.
