ASSIGNMENT:

This was a purchase transaction for a repeat client. This made our fourth transaction for her.

CHALLENGE:

The biggest challenge that we had on this transaction was getting what was needed from the seller. Everything took a long time to receive.

SOLUTION:

ALB managed the transaction and closed the loan, our repeat client was happy and she wrote us a very nice testimonial letter. The seller also became a new client for ALB and we will be assisting on their upleg purchase.
