ASSIGNMENT:

This was a purchase transaction of a small 6 unit multifamily property. The investor was referred to us by the Listing agents.

CHALLENGE:

The deal was actually very straight forward. The biggest challenges were 1st the lender was just terrible with following up and communication. Great rates but the absolute worst service in the industry. The next challenge was the borrower(s), great people but were challenged when it came to the use of emails and computers :), bless their hearts.

SOLUTION:

At ALB we understand that some transactions are large and some are small but everyone gets the same VIP service.  As for the Lender we will continue to work with them but hope that over time we can help them become more organized and bring them loan volume. The transaction closed and everyone was happy.
