ASSIGNMENT:

We had recently closed a purchase transaction for this investor and immediately afterwards he asked if we could help him with refinancing a property that he had just added 2 ADU's on which then turned it into a 6-unit building.

CHALLENGE:

It was very similar to the last transaction we did for this client. He is a busy businessman who is constantly out of the country so timing on everything was the biggest challenge.  There was no room for any mistakes.

SOLUTION:

We placed the loan with a different lender than the last one we did for the borrower. We delivered terms as we had outlined in the initial letter of Interest. Despite being in and out of the country, got to hand it to the client for being Johnny on the spot when we needed anything he got it to us quickly. Loan closed. :)
