ASSIGNMENT:

This was a purchase transaction assignment for repeat clients who were in a 1031 exchange. They recently sold two large apartment buildings in the San Bernardino Area which we had financed for them a few years back and now financed for new buyers.

CHALLENGE:

The biggest challenge for these clients has typically been their complex structure, but this also was going to be their first bank loan for a Hospitality type property. 

SOLUTIONS:

Fortunately we have worked with the clients on multiple transactions and therefore were familiar with their structure, and we were able to identify a lender that we had a strong banking relationship with and they offered us very competitive rates & terms.
