Borrowers were referred to us by a Residential Mortgage Broker. This was a cash out refinance loan request that was potentially going to lead us into a SBA loan on another property.
The borrower had recently made some changes to his vesting structure that had disqualified most lenders from being able to finance the transaction.
ALB structured a loan utilizing a low doc program with a lender that had no issues with the borrower's current vesting & organizational structure. We believe that the appraiser may have come in low on the appraisal and could have easily came in at a higher value, but nevertheless it didn't interfere with the loan and the transaction was closed and everyone was happy.
