ASSIGNMENT:

One of our preferred realtor partners referred us to their buyer who was purchasing the building to occupy most of it as an owner user. We soon learned that the borrower had no other commercial financing experience, but no worries she was in good hands.

CHALLENGE:

The borrower was running a very successful business operation but the success was all recent and record had not been the best. 

SOLUTION:

We were able to assist the client with tidying up of their records, filing of taxes, and placed them into a SBA 7a program at 85% LTV. The SBA finance program is a great program for owner user type borrower. It's flexible, offers high leverage, and with great rate and terms.
