ASSIGNMENT:

This was a purchase transaction for repeat clients who were in a 1031 exchange who were transitioning out of Multifamily properties and acquiring NNN properties.

CHALLENGE:

We were handling multiple transactions at the same time for the borrower so at times it did get a little confusing especially since some of the other NNN properties had the same Franchise tenant. No problems the ALB Team is up for any challenge.

SOLUTION:

We had multiple loans for this borrower going on simultaneously with the same lender and we had negotiated favorable loan terms for the client.
