This was a purchase transaction for borrower's who were in a 1031 exchange.
There's no room for mistakes we had to be at the top of our game with supreme focus because we had multiple deals that we were financing at the same time for the borrower's.
We had selected one lender to finance the subject property along with three others. However, the next 5 transaction we took elsewhere because the lender ended up being difficult and they wanted to increase the rate. Great working with borrowers like this who are also on top of their game, makes for efficient team work.
