ASSIGNMENT:

A past client entered into this purchase for these 16 units. What was coincidental about the deal was that a few years prior they actually owned this building. They learned that the person who they sold to wanted to sell the property so they bought it back. I guess you could say they liked the building.

CHALLENGE:

The biggest challenge on this deal was insurance. The cost for property insurance has really just gotten ridiculous and out of control.

SOLUTION:

We Closed the deal but were about two days past COE due to the insurance issues. Off to the next transaction #beware of insurance costs?
