ASSIGNMENT:

This was a purchase transaction for a past client. It is always a pleasure working with him and his cousin who is his realtor and also a past client for ALB Commercial Capital.

CHALLENGE:

The deal was very straight forward the only challenge is the usual that we have with this borrower. He works out of the country so getting in contact and obtaining documents is a slow process.

SOLUTION:

We placed him into a 5 year fixed loan and closed the transaction. Arrivederci! We will be ready for the next assignment.
