This was a purchase transaction for a borrower who was referred to us by the listing agent. Although we were recommended, we still had competition to win the deal since the borrower had started the loan process with a different lender.
The initial challenge was winning the assignment against the competition but once that hurdle was out of the way the ALB team did what they have trained for years to do: Perform and deliver positive results.
We were aware of the other loan program being offered by the other lender but knew that we could beat this offer due to our awareness of a promotional program that was being offered at an insanely low rate. Client liked the rate and it was this along with our availability that initially won us the assignment. Now the deal has closed and the client came back to us for two more transactions. A refinance and another purchase. I guess you could say he was happy with our service. It has always been our focus to grow our company brand through repeat referral business derived from customer satisfaction.
