ASSIGNMENT:

One of our Past clients referred us to his friend who was in a 1031 exchange and making his first multifamily purchase.

CHALLENGE:

There was nothing hard about this transaction; for us it was business as usual. The only challenge really was the listing agent who had tried to steer the transaction to another lender. We already knew the other bank but they were not the best player for this purchase for our borrower and for that reason we needed him to step aside and let us do our job.

SOLUTION:

This was the first time working with this borrower and feel that he has a bright future ahead of him in the multifamily space. We closed and everyone was happy.
